Today, at noon, my little 3-month old niece, Cora Jayne, will be going in for serious surgery to hopefully correct her Craniosynostosis.  It is a very in-depth surgery and she will be in ICU and the hospital for a few days. As I am sure you can imagine, that is very nerve wrecking for my sister and the entire family. Cora’s 2 sisters, Madeline (4) and Iris (2), will be apart from their parents which will also be very difficult for them as they are not used to this and extremely attached to their mom.

I found this site about a 9-month old who had the same surgery.  Please keep my sister’s family in your thoughts and prayers for the next few days.  I will keep you updated as to how everything goes.  Thank you…
