Thanks for all your suggestions. My hubby’s parents really are not an option, as their health is not too well. It just seems that no one in either of our families really fit the profile of how we would like our boys raised.

A’s mom is definitely out of the picture- as of this moment she doesn’t even have rights with A and went for 4 years without ever seeing her.  Both my hubby and I have maxed out our amount on life insurance so I know that there should be enough money at least. I guess I will have to pray that nothing happens and in the meantime really work on finding a friend that would raise the boys with the same values as we have. We do have some friends in mind, so we will have to see how that goes…
