My Boys

This month, for November’s Group Writing Project, MamaBlogga is asking us to post about why we are grateful for our children:

You have both made my dreams come true.

Laughter, smiles, and tears…

I hope to share these with your for many years.

Your hugs make life better with each passing day.

Just thinking of you, clears the clouds and gray.

You fill my heart with pride and many joys.

Of all the things I am thankful for…

the most is that you are my Little Boys.

I am thankful for …

Tyler. I know yesterday I wrote about why I am thankful for Toby, and now just posted about the two of them, but I wanted to individually write about Ty.

Last night, at 10:00 at night, as we sat in Walgreens waiting for his prescription to be filled, he rested his head on me. I had bought us a box of candy to share to help pass the time as we waited. Sick with strep throat and a high temp, he snuggled a little closer to me. Then he looked up at me and said, “Mommy, THIS is the best.” He smiled and snuggled a little closer.
