Follow up to Toby’s Treasure

Remember this post?

Well “Pi-yit” Toby struck gold again:

“Toby, I thought I told you not to dump the sand from your shoes on the floor?”

“But Mummy, it’s not mine. I gave it to Ty. It’s TREASURE.”

“Toby, next time you take your shoes off, I want you to dump the sand in the trash or outside.”

“Mummy! Mummy! I can not throw it away! It’s treasure! Like gold!”

I am thankful for:

Toby. If it weren’t for his complete silliness and antics, I am not sure I could make it through the day. When everything else is down and I am ready to call it quits, I can always count on him for a laugh or a nice big wet sloppy Toby kiss. I love my little boy!

Not exactly the treasures that you want to find on your floor! Maybe have him share his treasures with his brother outside next time? :)

Oops… scratch the last part of my last comment, just saw that you already suggested outside…

And this means you live at the beach? That’s awesome! I love the foolproof logic of kids :-)

[…] I know yesterday I wrote about why I am thankful for Toby, and now just posted about the two of them, but I wanted to individually write about […]

What is it with boys and sand that makes it so precious? Mine feels sort of the same way.
